I've been observing and helping out on mountain leader training and assessment courses with @adventure.expertise to get some inspiration and new ideas for the courses I run down here in the South West. Always good to work with @jakephillips.uk , and nice to meet Andy and @rachcrewe too.

We've got some pretty steep hills around these parts! Nice to feel the sun yesterday on a ride around the River Dart, via Dartmouth, Totnes, Buckfastleigh, Staverton and Kingswear. Good coffee and snack stops at the @thecuratortotnes @south.devon.railway cafe and @nationaltrust Greenway.
